Rimann & Associates was founded in 1988 by Heinz Rimann, a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lausanne. Mr. Rimann worked in managerial position for luxury hotels such as The Peninsula Hong Kong, The Regent (now Inter-continental) Hong Kong,  The Portman (now Pan Pacific) San Francisco, Inter-continental Hotels etc. He holds a masters degree in Hotel Management.

We focus on servicing the luxury hotel- and promotional market industries by specializing in select merchandise segments. We provide unique offerings, consistent quality, and superb attention to details. Since management is originally from within the hotel industry, the company emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

Price and quality of our items are scrutinized frequently to ensure our competitiveness.

Robes: Initially, our company was manufacturing 50% of our robes within the U.S. However, due to changes in the fabric industry, we are no longer able to purchase most of the fabric used in the robes in the domestically. It would not be cost-effective for us to weave the fabric overseas to be finished within the U.S. Therefore, we now import all our terry, microfiber, waffle etc., robes. We only make specialty robes and small quantities in the U.S.

 Each year, company representatives visit the major textile and fashion shows throughout Europe, the USA and Asia. The best fabrics reflecting the most current trends are then included in the upcoming collections. By using the finest textile available and creating beautiful and functional pieces, Rimann & Associates has garnered a clientèle that includes some of the best hotels in the world as well as top spas, boutiques and top 500 companies. Retail and commercial accounts are among the newer additions. The latest venture to bring these luxurious goods directly to the consumer is an exciting stage in the development of the company.
